The Watertown/Pomperaug Indians trounced the host Barlow Falcons ice hockey squad by a tally of 8-1 in Wednesday's league bout.

With the victory, Watertown/Pomperaug betters its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Indians host New Milford (New Milford, CT) to confront the Green Wave in a non-league bout on Friday, January 21. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 2-8. New Milford lost 6-0 in their recent non-league bout against Wilton (Wilton, CT)

The Falcons now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Masuk for a South-West - DII bout on Saturday, January 22. Barlow will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Fitch/East Lyme/Ledyard (Groton, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 1-7.
