New Mexico High School Basketball - Grants beaten by Los Alamos
December 22, 2009: Los Alamos, NM 87544 In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Los Alamos Hilltoppers basketball team scored a good 50-42 triumph over the Grants Pirates.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers confront the Pojoaque Elks (Pojoaque, NM) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 23. Los Alamos will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Elks enter the match with a 8-3 record after their 72-55 non-league win over Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM).
With the defeat, Grants moves to 10-2 on the year. The Pirates travel to Laguna-Acoma (New Laguna, NM) to confront the Hawks in a non-league match on Saturday, January 9. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 5-5.
