The Purple Riders now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beaver for a non-league battle on Friday, October 21. Martins Ferry will play a Beavers squad coming off a 16-15 league loss to Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH). The Beavers record now stands at 3-5.
