The Sparta Spartans topped the visiting Morris Knolls Golden Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ramsey for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. Sparta will confront a Rams team coming off a 2-1 league win over Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 5-8.

The Golden Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ). The Colts enter the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Kinnelon gained a win over Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ), 2-0, in a league test.
