January 5, 2016: Benton, KY 42025 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Cairo Pilots basketball team scored a tight 73-71 triumph over the Marshall County Marshals.
In their next game, the Pilots meet the McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 19. Cairo will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
With the defeat, Marshall County moves to 8-5 on the year. The Marshals host Calloway County (Murray, KY) to meet the Lakers in a District 4 match on Friday, January 8.
