Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Garden City bounces Darien
April 30, 2011: Darien, CT 06820 The Garden City Trojans lacrosse squad scored 18 points and held the host Darien Blue Wave to 5 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Trojans (9-0) will now prepare for their match against Wantagh (Wantagh, NY). The Warriors go into the Section 8 B match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Wantagh prevailed over Massapequa (Massapequa, NY), 10-9, in a non-league match.
The Blue Wave (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Danbury (Danbury, CT). The Hatters go into the Fairfield County match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Danbury prevailed over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT), 16-15, in a league match.
