The Winters Mill Falcons basketball team (Westminster, MD), was routed 55-32 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Gerstell Academy (Finksburg, MD)

The now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Century for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Gerstell Academy will battle a Knights team coming off a 56-44 non-league loss to Williamsport (Williamsport, MD). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Westminster (Westminster, MD). The Owls come into the MVAL - Blue Ridge battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Westminster was routed by North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD), 69-60, in a non-league battle.
