The Champlain Valley Union Redhawks football team (Hinesburg, VT), was knocked off 52-26 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers (St. Johnsbury, VT)

The Hilltoppers (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rice Memorial (South Burlington, VT). The Green Knights come into the Division I challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Rice Memorial was knocked off by Hartford (White River Junction, VT), 42-14, in a league challenge.

The Redhawks now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Anthony for a Division I challenge on Friday, October 14.
