The Tigers' bats really came alive as they pounded out 10 hits against 3 different New Canaan pitchers. John Thrasher kept the game well in-hand by shutting down the Rams' bats. As his pitch count got higher, he started to lose the strike zone. Consecutive walks in the 6th led to New Canaan's only 2 runs. Colin Lowe came in to get the last 5 outs.
