New Jersey High School Baseball - Wildwood Catholic loses to St. Rose
May 22, 2014: Belmar, NJ 07719 The St. Rose Purple Roses baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Wildwood Catholic Crusaders to 2 in the Purple Roses non-league victory on Thursday.
The Purple Roses (9-1) will now prepare for their match against Roselle Catholic (Roselle, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Roselle Catholic gained a win over Cardinal McCarrick (South Amboy, NJ), 16-5, in a non-league match.
The Crusaders (4-16) will now prepare for their match against Ocean City (Ocean City, NJ). The Raiders go into the Cape/Atlantic - National match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Ocean City was overwhelmed by Moorestown (Moorestown, NJ), 9-0, in a non-league match.
