Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Paul Central knocked off by Minneapolis North
February 4, 2016: St. Paul, MN 55104 The Minneapolis North Polars basketball team scored 83 points and held the host St. Paul Central Minutemen to 71 in the Polars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Polars now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washburn for a Minneapolis City contest on Friday, February 5. Minneapolis North will meet a Millers team coming off a 65-58 non-league loss to East Ridge (Woodbury, MN). The Millers record now stands at 4-9.
The Minutemen (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Washington Tech (St. Paul, MN). The Eagles enter the St. Paul City contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Washington Tech was outscored by Johnson (St. Paul, MN), 82-71, in a league contest.
