Colorado High School Basketball - Sand Creek nips Montrose

Sand Creek Scorpions (Colorado Springs, CO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Montrose Indians (Montrose, CO), 35-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sand Creek upgrades its record to 11-13 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Holy Family (Broomfield, CO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 20-3. Holy Family won 59-29 in their recent league bout against Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO)
