September 30, 2016: Mt. Blanchard, OH 45867 In Friday's league match, the visiting Cory-Rawson Hornets football squad scored a close 29-26 victory over the Riverdale Falcons.
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Van Buren Black Knights (Van Buren, OH) in a Blanchard Valley match, on Friday, October 7. Cory-Rawson will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Black Knights enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 48-13 league win over North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH).
The Falcons (3-3) will now prepare for their match against McComb (McComb, OH). The Panthers enter the Blanchard Valley match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, McComb held off Leipsic (Leipsic, OH), 38-8, in a league match.
