West Virginia High School Basketball - PikeView ripped by Summers County
February 12, 2011: Hinton, WV 25951 The Summers County Bobcats basketball team scored 93 points and held the visiting PikeView Panthers to 48 in the Bobcats league triumph on Saturday.
The Bobcats now sport a 19-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 15. Summers County will confront a Flying Eagles team coming off a 65-31 league win over Riverside (Belle, WV). The Flying Eagles record now stands at 11-9.
The Panthers (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV). The Warriors enter the Coalfield AA contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Wyoming East was routed by Monroe (Lindside, WV), 73-38, in a league contest.
