Game Summary
Stephany LaRosa slammed a three-run homer in the sixth inning and scored three times to help lead Diamond Bar to a 7-1 win over Walnut in Hacienda League play. Walnut's Sage Aguilar hit a solo homer in the fourth to tie it 1-1, but the Brahmas (12-9, 7-2) tallied six runs in the final three innings to seal the win. Pitcher Dani Wilson (10-6, 7-1) struck out four and gave up six hits to earn the win, and she went 2-for-3 with two RBIs on a double and single. Julie Walters was 2-for-2 with a double, Marissa McKendall hit an RBI sacrifice fly, and Amber Montes hit an RBI single in the seventh for Diamond Bar.
