In Thursday's non-league outing, the Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ) basketball squad edged the host Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), by a count of 52-51.

The Trojans (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, South Mountain held off Verrado (Buckeye, AZ), 84-57, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now hold a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sunnyslope for a non-league outing on Friday, November 30. Higley will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 70-32 non-league win over Fairfax (Laveen, AZ). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.
