December 8, 2010: La Verne, CA 91750 Bonita Bearcats (La Verne, CA) supporters were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting San Dimas Saints (San Dimas, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bearcats battle the Summit SkyHawks (Fontana, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 14. Bonita will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
The Saints now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Nogales for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 14.
First Half
The bearcats were utterly dominant in their rivalry game vs San Dimas. After consistent and rampant pressure, Bonita got their breakthrough goal.
Second Half
Though San Dimas played a much better second half, the Bearcats spent most of the second half on offense, shooting 33 times but only getting a second goal to win 2-0.
