The Alamo Heights Mules topped the host Tomball Cougars basketball team by a final score of 65-46 in Friday's non-league game.

Next, the Mules clash with the Byron Nelson Bobcat (Trophy Club, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 29. Alamo Heights will attempt to advance on its 16-1 season record. The Bobcat go into the outing with a 14-3 record after their 68-62 non-league win over Carroll (Southlake, TX).

The Cougars now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Bend Willowridge for a 4A Region III District 22 outing on Wednesday, January 2. Tomball will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 55-34 non-league loss to A&M Consolidated (College Station, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 10-7.
