In Thursday's non-league match, the host North Haven Indians football squad scored a big 42-6 victory over the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Xavier Falcons (Middletown, CT) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 19. North Haven will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Staples (Westport, CT).

The Hilltoppers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against McMahon (Norwalk, CT). The Senators enter the Fairfield County match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, McMahon was crushed by Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT), 29-14, in a non-league match.
