Gresham Gophers (Gresham, OR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Gresham upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Gophers travel to Farrington (Honolulu, HI) to battle the Governors in a non-league test on Friday, March 23. The Governors come into the test with a record of 6-3. Farrington lost 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ)

With the defeat, Desert Edge falls to 8-8 on the season. The Scorpions host Bonneville (Idaho Falls, ID) to battle the Bees in a non-league test on Friday, March 23.
