May 23, 2016: Jackson, NJ 08527 In Monday's non-league contest, the Liberty Lions (Jackson, NJ) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Pennsauken Indians (Pennsauken, NJ), by a margin of 18-0.
With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 19-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ) to play the Griffins in a Shore B - South contest on Monday, May 23. The Griffins come into the contest with a record of 19-4. Donovan Catholic won 8-1 in their recent non-league contest against Marlboro (Marlboro, NJ)
In their next game, the Indians play the Medford Tech Jaguars (Medford, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 24. Pennsauken will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Jaguars come into the contest with a 7-9 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ).
