The DeSoto Central Jaguars basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Ashland Blue Devils to 36 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Jaguars now sport a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Corinth for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. DeSoto Central will meet a Warriors team coming off a 51-46 league loss to Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
