California High School Basketball - Hoover overwhelms McLane

January 31, 2018: Fresno, CA 93710

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) and the visiting McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA), saw Hoover's basketball squad wallop McLane by a tally of 48-14.

With the victory, Hoover improves its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Fresno (Fresno, CA) to confront the Warriors in a North Yosemite challenge on Friday, February 2. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 19-1. Fresno won 71-59 in their recent league challenge against Roosevelt (Fresno, CA)

Next up, the Highlanders confront the Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA) in a North Yosemite challenge, on Friday, February 2. McLane will attempt to improve on its 1-23 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-19 record after their 47-44 league loss to Reedley (Reedley, CA).
