October 13, 2011: Daytona Beach, FL 32118 The Seabreeze Sandcrabs (Daytona Beach, FL) football edged the visiting Bayside Bears (Palm Bay, FL), 35-31 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Sandcrabs face the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas (New Smyrna Beach, FL) in a 6A District 9 bout, on Friday, October 21. Seabreeze will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Barracudas enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 12-7 non-league win over Titusville (Titusville, FL).
The Bears (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Heritage (Palm Bay, FL). The Panthers enter the 6A District 13 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Heritage nudged Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL), 19-3, in a league bout.
