Richwood Rams (Monroe, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Port Allen Pelicans (Port Allen, LA), 79-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Richwood upgrades its record to 27-6 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 13. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 19-9. Donaldsonville won 74-69 in their recent non-league bout against North Webster (Springhill, LA)
