Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA), 61-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Beaver upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Bobcats travel to West Allegheny (Imperial, PA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 22. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 2-3. West Allegheny won 34-30 in their recent non-league bout against Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Lincoln Wolverine (Ellwood City, PA) in a WPIAL AAA 2 bout, on Thursday, January 6. Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
