California High School Basketball - Central Valley overwhelmed by Shasta
December 8, 2010: Redding, CA 96001 The Shasta Wolves basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Central Valley Falcons to 29 in the Wolves non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolves now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Las Plumas for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 9. Shasta will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 71-53 non-league loss to Corning (Corning, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 2-2.
The Falcons (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Las Plumas was routed by Shasta (Redding, CA), 55-34, in a non-league contest.
