Texas High School Soccer - Benjamin Davis knocks off Morton Ranch
January 7, 2017: Katy, TX 77449 Benjamin Davis Falcons (Houston, TX) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Morton Ranch Mavericks (Katy, TX), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region 2 District 16 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Benjamin Davis will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
The Mavericks now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Houston Heights for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. Morton Ranch will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Nederland (Nederland, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
