Ohio High School Football - Austintown-Fitch succumbs to GlenOak
September 23, 2011: Youngstown, OH 44515 The GlenOak Golden Eagles thwarted the host Austintown-Fitch Falcons football team by a count of 21-10 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, GlenOak upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to McKinley (Canton, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a Federal bout on Thursday, September 29. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a record of 4-1. McKinley won 22-14 in their recent league bout against Jackson (Massillon, OH)
The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Jackson (Massillon, OH). The Polar Bears enter the non-league bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Jackson was toppled by McKinley (Canton, OH), 22-14, in a league bout.
