In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Westover Wolverines (Fayetteville, NC), by a margin of 48-42.

The Hawks (17-10) will now prepare for their outing against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Blue Comets go into the non-league outing with a 15-12 record. In their last outing, Asheboro held off Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC), 82-75, in a non-league outing.
