The Star City Bulldogs (Star City, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Dumas Bobcats (Dumas, AR), 55-23 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (17-1) will now prepare for their test against Hamburg (Hamburg, AR). The Lions go into the 4A Region 8 test with a 0-7 record.

The Bobcats now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren for a 4A Region 8 test on Friday, February 13. Dumas will clash with a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 57-46 league loss to McGehee (McGehee, AR). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 10-6.
