February 26, 2011: Knoxville, TN In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Centennial Cougars lacrosse team scored a close 11-9 win over the West Knoxville Warriors [West/Bearden/Hardin Valley Academy/Morristown-Hamblen East] Warriors.
The Cougars now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ravenwood for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 2. Centennial will face a Raptors team coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL). The Raptors record now stands at 1-1.
