January 7, 2011: New Castle, PA 16105 The Beaver Bobcats ran past the host Neshannock Lancers basketball team by a final score of 67-57 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Bobcats face the Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 11. Beaver will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 54-39 league win over West Allegheny (Imperial, PA).
With the defeat, Neshannock moves to 7-3 on the year. The Lancers travel to Shenango (New Castle, PA) to face the Wildcats in a WPIAL AA 2 game on Tuesday, January 11. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 5-7. Shenango lost 51-38 in their recent league game against Riverside (Ellwood City, PA)
