New York High School Basketball - Frontier topped by Lancaster
February 7, 2017: Lancaster, NY 14086 The Lancaster Legends basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Frontier Falcons to 43 in the Legends league victory on Tuesday.
The Legends now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williamsville North for a Section 6 Erie County I contest on Thursday, February 9. Lancaster will battle a Spartans team coming off a 54-21 league loss to Clarence (Clarence, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 3-11.
The Falcons (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Clarence (Clarence, NY). The Red Devils come into the Section 6 Erie County I contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Clarence prevailed over Sweet Home (Amherst, NY), 85-34, in a non-league contest.
