September 24, 2016: Playa del Rey, CA 90293 St. Bernard Vikings (Playa del Rey, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Vikings clash with the Bellarmine-Jefferson Guards (Burbank, CA) in a Santa Fe match, on Tuesday, September 27. St. Bernard will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Guards come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA).
With the loss, Hamilton drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Yankees host University (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a Western match on Monday, September 26. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 11-4. University won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Central City Value (Los Angeles, CA)
