December 6, 2014: Crawfordville, FL 32327 University Cougars (Orlando, FL) backers went home satisfied Saturday as they saw their soccer squad knock off the host Wakulla War Eagles (Crawfordville, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
The Cougars now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Boone for a 5A District 5 test on Tuesday, December 9. University will meet a Braves squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Timber Creek (Orlando, FL). The Braves record now stands at 7-6.
With the loss, Wakulla drops to 6-6 on the season. The War eagles travel to Madison County (Madison, FL) to meet the Cowboys in a 2A District 2 test on Monday, December 8. The Cowboys come into the test with a record of 0-9. Madison County lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Lafayette (Mayo, FL)
