The Central Mustangs tipped the visiting Derby Panthers basketball team by a final score of 73-67 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the South Cougars (Salina, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division I game, on Tuesday, February 17. Central will attempt to move on its 13-3 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 9-7 record after their 54-52 league loss to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS).
