Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS) and the host Pontotoc Warriors (Pontotoc, MS), saw New Albany's basketball squad hold off Pontotoc by a tally of 66-62.

With the victory, New Albany improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Independence (Independence, MS) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 19. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Independence lost 80-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Hernando (Hernando, MS)

Next up, the Warriors play the Oxford Chargers (Oxford, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 20. Pontotoc will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record.
