In Friday's league contest, the New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) lacrosse squad edged the host New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), by a count of 10-9.

Coming up next, the Rebels confront the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a Southwest contest, on Tuesday, May 13. New Fairfield will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Hall (West Hartford, CT).
