The Mason Comets basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Loveland Tigers to 31 in the Comets non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Comets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colerain for a Greater Miami contest on Friday, December 8. Mason will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 62-60 non-league win over Mt. Healthy (Cincinnati, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-0.

The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Turpin (Cincinnati, OH). The Spartans come into the Eastern Cincinnati contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Turpin was routed by Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH), 68-39, in a non-league contest.
