Pennsylvania High School Football - Knoch sneaks past Hollidaysburg

October 9, 2015: Saxonburg, PA 16056

The Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA) football edged the visiting Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA), 21-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Knights face the Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) in a WPIAL AAA Greater Allegheny bout, on Friday, October 16. Knoch will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Fightin' Planets enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 31-21 league win over Gateway (Monroeville, PA).

The Golden Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Talbots enter the WPIAL AAA Greater Allegheny bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Hampton was nudged by Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA), 21-2, in a league bout.
