The Bear River Bruins basketball team (Grass Valley, CA), was overwhelmed 63-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA)

The Hillmen now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 18.
