Oklahoma High School Basketball - Ripley falls to Copan
February 20, 2010: Copan, OK 74022 The Copan Hornets basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Ripley Warriors to 41 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hornets now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seiling for a non-league contest on Friday, February 26. Copan will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 54-31 non-league win over Laverne (Laverne, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 22-2.
The Warriors (20-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cashion (Cashion, OK). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 14-11 record. In their last contest, Cashion ran past Beaver (Beaver, OK), 44-36, in a non-league contest.
