Game Summary

Grandview Prep overwhelmed the Eagles of North Broward Prep with a defensive onslaught and a highlight film of dunks during a 50-28 run in the second and third quarter of a 73-66 win Wednesday night at Pope John Paul HS. Consecutive dunks by Ismaila Dauda and Daniel Garga surrounded two 3 point field goals by Don Stephens to open up the lead to 24 points. The Pride turned the game over to the subs in the final stanza to finish the regular season at 21 wins and 2 losses. District play begins Tuesday as Grandview attempts to return to Lakeland for thr fifth consecutive year.
