Oregon High School Basketball - Wilsonville nudges Southridge
December 30, 2011: Wilsonville, OR 97070 Wilsonville Wildcats (Wilsonville, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Southridge Skyhawks (Beaverton, OR), 52-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wilsonville upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Parkrose (Portland, OR) to encounter the Broncos in a 5A Northwest Oregon bout on Friday, January 6. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Parkrose won 58-54 in their recent non-league bout against Hood River Valley (Hood River, OR)
Next up, the Skyhawks encounter the Canby Cougars (Canby, OR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Southridge will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
