October 12, 2018: Alleman, IA 50007 Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA), 35-21 in a league test.
With the triumph, Carlisle improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA) to battle the Bluejays in a 3A District 8 test on Friday, October 19. The Bluejays come into the test with a record of 5-3. Bondurant-Farrar lost 21-17 in their recent league test against Gilbert (Gilbert, IA)
With the loss, North Polk drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Ballard (Huxley, IA) to battle the Bombers in a 3A District 8 test on Friday, October 19. The Bombers come into the test with a record of 4-4. Ballard lost 40-32 in their recent league test against Norwalk (Norwalk, IA)
