The Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX) basketball crushed the host Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX), 53-31 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their test against New Waverly (New Waverly, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, New Waverly was trounced by Silsbee (Silsbee, TX), 51-44, in a non-league test.

The Vipers now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Faith Academy for a non-league test on Monday, December 7.
