The Mission Bears basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Menlo Knights to 55 in the Bears non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bears now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Los Gatos for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 22. Mission will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 64-48 non-league loss to Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.

The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Half Moon Bay held off Lick-Wilmerding (San Francisco, CA), 63-53, in a non-league bout.
