California High School Basketball - Otay Ranch fells Santana
January 15, 2018: Santee, CA 92071 Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Santana Sultans (Santee, CA), 81-69 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Otay Ranch upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Olympian (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Eagles in a Mesa bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Olympian lost 46-45 in their recent league bout against Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA)
Next up, the Sultans play the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) in a Grossmont - Valley bout, on Friday, January 19. Santana will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Vaqueros go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 60-54 non-league win over Crawford (San Diego, CA).
