The Railsplitters (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Des Moines North (Des Moines, IA). The Polar Bears come into the 4A Central Iowa Metro - Metro challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Des Moines North was beaten by Des Moines East (Des Moines, IA), 36-7, in a league challenge.
The Roughriders now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoover for a 4A Central Iowa Metro - Metro challenge on Friday, September 30. Roosevelt will meet a Huskies team coming off a 56-10 league loss to Ottumwa (Ottumwa, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 0-5.
